Possible reason
• Power is not connected
• DVB-T or DVB-T2 cable is not
connected
• Antenna cable is damaged
• No or incorrect audio cable
connection
• Sound is muted
• No or incorrect AV cable connection
• The program is a radio program
• Low battery level
• Remote control is not facing the unit,
is out of operational range or there
are obstacles between the remote
control and the device
• The signal is too weak
Possible solution
• Connect the power
• Connect DVB-T or DVB-T2 cable
• Check antenna cable and
connections
• Make sure the audio cable is
connected correctly
• Unmute the sound
• Make sure the cables are connected
