Operating the glass ceramic hob
The hob has cooking zones of different
diameters and powers. The hob clearly indicates
which area heats up when the hob is switched
on. For the best heating performance, place the
cookware exactly on the designated cooking
zone.
WARNING
ELECTRIC SHOCK DUE TO DEFECTIVE
GLASS CERAMIC HOB!
The glass ceramic hob cannot be switched off.

Switch off or unscrew the household
fuse immediately and contact After
Sales Service.

Do not make any repairs to the
appliance.
WARNING
BURNS DUE TO THE HOT SURFACES
OF THE GLASS CERAMIC HOB!
The cooking zones and the surrounding area get
very hot.
•
Do not touch hot surfaces.
•
After cooking, always switch off the
hob.
•
Do not place empty pots or pans on
the hobs.
Suitable cookware
The cooking surface and the bottom of the pot
or pan must always be clean and dry.
•
Use pots and pans with a flawless,
smooth base.
•
Heat-resistant cookware "Observe the
manufacturer's instructions"
Do not use pots made of plastic or whose inside
is coated with aluminium.
Clean the hob after every use
ATTENTION
APPLIANCE DAMAGE!
The glass ceramic hob can be damaged by pots
with rough bottoms.
Use only undamaged cookware.
Wipe off the hob with a damp cloth and

a little detergent.
Wipe the hob dry with a clean cloth.

Remove any splashes of food or grease

immediately.

Switching on the hob
1. Turn the power regulator on the desired
hob to the desired level (min. - max.).
→ The control light goes out when the set
power is reached.
→ When turning the power regulator, the
heating element switches on and a
clicking sound is heard.
Switching off the hob
Turn the power regulator anti-clockwise to "off"
and disconnect the mains plug. .
Unplug the mains plug after each use.

Allow the appliance to cool down
✓
completely before cleaning.
