8. Troubleshooting

WARNING: All maintenance work listed below is to be performed with the unit switched
off and the power plug pulled.
PROBLEM

No voltage at the system
Switch not switched on
The unit requires 5 minutes prior
to restarting.
Overload prevents starting.
Faulty or broken wire
Defective relay
Compressor does not run
Unit is in the middle of defrosting
Blower blocked
Loose or broken wire

Not enough time for drying
Insufficient air movement

U Connect unit to the power socket; verify, if
socket is live.
U Switch on the switch
U Switch unit off, wait 5 minutes, restart.
U Lower room temperature to below 38 ° C.
HS Replace or repair broken / loose wire.
Check relay using voltmeter/ ammeter
HS Contact your dealer or HEYLO service
HS center.
Wait approx. 15 minutes
U Remove blockage
HS Replace broken wire
HS Replace blower motor
U Allow more time for drying
U Increase air movement using HEYLO turbo
dryers
U Reduce air inflow into the areas to be dried.
HS Search for leak using a gas detector.
HS Repair and refill system.
U Measure

HS Check compressor

U Increase room temperature.
