Clean the housing:
Clean the housing with a mild cleaning agent and water. Restore the original gloss
using a vinyl cleaning agent and polish.
Suitable cleaning agents are available from HEYLO.
Keep cooling coils clean:
Contaminated cooling coils (A) cannot efficiently extract water. They must be
checked on a regular base, especially when operated in dusty environments.
For this purpose, the coils must be dry. Next, they are to be cleaned using direct
compressed air from both sides of the coil. Do NOT hold the compressed air to
close to the coils, as the ribs may be crushed.
If sticky or oily dirt remains, remove it using water. Rinse the coil using a spray
bottle with water and a small amount of cleaning agent. Do NOT wash the cooling
coil using a hose or a pressure washer and make sure that no water enters into the
electrical part.
Remove persistent dirt using a cooling coil cleaning agent to be obtained from
HEYLO. Thoroughly follow the instructions on the product.
When cleaning the coils, make sure that drain pan, drain hose and filter cover are
free from contamination.
Pump system:
Check and clean the pump system (B) on a regular base (at least once a year), in
order to maintain efficient operation. Loosen the four screws holding the pump
cover. Clean the drip pan. The float valve rod must glide well and may not get
stuck in the mounting. Clean the drain hose using compressed air.
