MAINTENANCE

• It is the responsibility of the adult to check the main parts of the toy before use. Check the battery char-
ger regularly for any malfunctions. If any are found, the charger should not be used until it has been
repaired.
• Make sure that the plastic parts of the vehicle are not cracked or broken.
• Occasionally apply light oil to grease moving parts such as wheels.
• If you apply oil, make sure you disconnect the transformer before cleaning.
• Store the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarpaulin to protect it from the weather.
• Keep the vehicle away from heat sources. Plastic parts may melt.
• Recharge the battery after each use. Only an adult should handle the battery. Recharge the battery at
least once a month when the vehicle is not in use.
• Do not clean the vehicle with a garden hose. Do not clean the vehicle with soap and water. Do not use
the vehicle when it is raining or snowing. Water will damage the engine, electrical system and battery.
• Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. To shine the plastic parts, use a furniture polish without wax. Do
not use car wax. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
