How to prepare raclette cheese
Use about 200 to 300 grammes of cheese per person. Cut
the cheese into slices about 3 to 5 mm thick and put them
into the mini-pans. It is preferable to use original raclette
cheese but any other fast-melting cheese is also suitable.
Useful tips!
∙ For the ultimate grilling experience, remove the meat
from the fridge about 30 minutes before grilling and
leave to rest covered.
∙ Frozen food should always be properly thawed before
it is cooked.
∙ Only use spatulas or other utensils made of wood or
heat-resistant plastic to avoid damaging the surfaces of
the mini-pans and the grill plate.
∙ When grilling large quantities, we recommend that you
carefully remove the accumulated grill fat from time to
time, e.g. with kitchen paper.
Cleaning and care
∙ Before cleaning the appliance, always make sure that
the plug has been removed from the wall socket and
allow the appliance to cool down completely.
∙ To avoid any risk of electric shock, do not clean the
appliance with liquids or immerse it in a liquid.
∙ Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning solutions.
∙ Wipe the outer surfaces of the grill with a clean damp
cloth.
∙ Remove the grill plate before cleaning. Wash the
grill plate, mini-pans and spatulas with hot water and
washing-up liquid and then dry with a cloth.
∙ You can also clean the individual parts in the
dishwasher.
