2 Body fat scale_EN
Please follow these instructions in order to use the scale properly and appropriately analyse the
obtained results.
1. The percentage of water and fat calculated by the scale is only a reference value. The body's
appearance does not necessarily imply the proportion of fat and water. Also, persons with very
similar appearance, of the same age and gender, can obtain completely different results. Please
consult your doctor in order to establish the most beneficial fat and water proportion for you.
Using the scale to measure body fat and water percentage is not suitable for:
- Children under the age of 10, as well as people over 80
- Persons with fever, oedemas or osteoporosis
- Dialysis patients
- Persons taking cardiotonic medicaments
- Pregnant women
- Sportsmen training for more than 10 hours
- Persons with pulse frequency below 60 per minute
