How to exercise
1. Work on waist and buttocks
Stand upright on the plate and keep both legs shoulder wide apart. This exercise enhances the
vibration effects on the waist and buttock area to relieve stress and build up muscles.
2. Work on the thighs & shanks
Stand on the plate with both legs apart and bend the knees as shown in the picture. This exercise
increases the vibration effects on both thighs to relieve muscle pain, improve blood circulation
and reduce bodyfat.
3. Work on legs (1)
Seat on chair or sofa, put both legs on the top of the plate. Vibration will focus on shanks and
thighs.
4. Work on legs (2)
Seat on the floor and put two legs on the plate. Lean your body backwards slightly and use both
hands to support your body. Vibration will work on your lower legs.
5. Work on upper limbs
Kneel down on the floor and put both hands on the plate. Lean your body slightly forwards to
focus vibration on shoulders and arms.
Trainings effects
Using different exercise positions in combination with the high frequency vibrations emitted by the de-
vice, results in deep stimulation of the muscles leading to a reduction in body fat and enhanced elas-
ticity of muscles. Restore vitality and gain an athletically trained body to increase your self-confidence

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the surface of the device
Clean the rubber surface and outer cover with a damp cloth and mild cleanser. Afterwards, wipe it with
a dry cloth.

Do not clean the product with gasoline, thinner, alcohol or abrasive cleansers. This may cause da-
mage to the surface and lead to malfunctions.

Do not clean the remote control with a damp cloth to avoid malfunctions.
•
Make sure the power switch is turned off and the power cord is disconnected before performing
cleaning and maintenance.

Always contact customer service or an authorized technician for maintenance. Otherwise the War-
ranty will be voided.
