PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Product introduction
This vibration plate provides a high-speed workout for your muscles by using stimulating vibrations.
These vibrations lead to contraction and relaxation of your muscles at a rate of approx. 30 to 50 times
per second. In everyday life, muscles normally only contract once or twice a second.
Better results in less time
This device is like the microwave of fitness – you can still achieve a great workout, even if you exercise
for only 10 minutes on a regular basis.
Proceed gradually
The best way to exercise is to increase the frequency gradually. Beginners should start with 10 minu-
tes of exercise followed by 10 minutes of stretching, massage and relaxation. Initial frequency should
be low.
Keep your workout short
It is enough to exercise for max. 30 minutes in a workout. You will achieve good results even in a short
time.
Combine your exercises
Try to combine compound exercises (such as squats and push-ups, which affect more than one musc-
le group) and isolation exercises (e.g. biceps curls and shoulder raises). This results in a better training
effect and increases the calorie burn.
Drink enough water
If you exercise with this device, your muscles will be contracting 30-50 times quicker than normal –
this generates a lot of internal heat. Even if you do not feel thirsty, make sure you drink enough water
during your workout.
