Troubleshooting Guide
Can I directly use Netflix on the projector?
•
Yes, the projector comes with preinstalled and officially licensed apps for Netflix, YouTube,
and Prime Video. This means you can conveniently stream your favourite shows, movies, and
videos directly through the projector without needing any additional devices or complicated
setups. Simply access the app from the projector's main menu, and you're ready to enjoy
your content hassle-free.
Why can't I mirror or cast content from Hulu, Disney+, or similar services?
•
Due to copyright restrictions enforced by platforms such as Hulu, Disney+, and similar
streaming services, you will not be able to mirror or cast their content directly from your
mobile device or computer. This limitation applies to services that have strict content
protection rules. To view content from these platforms, you can use external devices such as
a laptop, Fire TV Stick, Roku Stick, or Chromecast™. Simply connect one of these devices to
the projector via HDMI and access the content directly from there.
The image appears blurry
•
If the projected image is unclear or blurry, follow these steps to improve image quality:
o Adjust the focus ring or keystone correction on the projector until the image appears
sharp and properly aligned.
o Ensure the projector is positioned at the optimal distance from the projection
surface (screen or wall). Check the user manual for recommended distance settings
based on your specific projector model.
o Make sure the screen or wall you are projecting onto is flat and smooth to avoid
distortion of the image.
The remote control is not working
•
If your remote control is unresponsive, try the following troubleshooting steps:
o Point the remote directly at the IR receiver on the projector without any obstacles
between them.
o Verify that the remote has two functioning AAA batteries installed. If necessary,
replace the old batteries with new ones.
o Be careful not to mix old and new batteries in the remote control, as this may cause
insufficient power and lead to malfunctioning.
o If the remote still doesn't work, ensure there are no environmental interferences,
such as bright lighting, that might disrupt the infrared signal.
