Preparations
Downloadthe"LOCKSTARsecurityhandle"AppfromtheAndroid-Playstore,
theAppleAppstoreorwww.lockstar.deandinstalltheApp.StarttheAppand
proceedasfollows:
"Registering a new wireless plug"
• Clickon"registernewLOCKSTARPLUG"andfollowtheinstructionsgiven
onthescreen.ItisonlynecessarytoregisterthewirelessPLUGonce.
• TakethewirelessPLUGoutandscantheQRcodeonthereverseside
withyourSmartphone.
• Ifregistrationfails,repeattheprocedure.
Severalattemptsmayberequireddependinguponthedevice.

Ifyouwanttoconnectwiththewirelessplugafterregistration,proceedas
follows:
• StarttheLOCKSTARApponyourAndroid/iOSdeviceandpresson
"connectLOCKSTARPLUG" .Alistofallwirelessplugsthathavebeen
registeredappearsintheApp.Namethewirelessplug.
• PresstheLEDbuttononthewirelessplugtwice.Assoonasaconnection
isestablished,thewirelessplugwillbeshownonyourdeviceasactive.If
connectionfails,repeattheprocedure.Severalattemptsmayberequired
dependinguponthedevice.
• AslongastheAppisconnectedtothewirelessplug,theLEDbutton
blinksgreen.
• AssoonasyouexittheApp,theconnectionisbroken.TheLEDbutton
stopsblinkingandtherulescomeintoforce.
Important note
• Donotdisconnectthewirelessplugfromthemainssupplyaslongasthe
LEDbuttonisblinkingorlit!
