Q.Does the ultrasonic sound have an effect on other animals?
A.This depends on the sensitivity of the animals around you.
The ultrasonic sound has the most impact on cats and birds.
We recommend careful handling of the ultrasonic sound during use.
Q. I have 2 dogs. One barks a lot, the other one doesn't. if I use
the device for one dog, does that bother the other dog?
A. This product is suitable for a dog in a quiet environment. If there
are multiple dogs, they can also hear the sound and they can feel
punished as well. For effective dog training, we recommend against
using the device on multiple dogs at once.
Q. Why is the age limited from 6 months to 8 years?
A. The ultrasonic mode is not suitable for dogs older than 8 years,
because they may not hear the echo due to hearing loss. Dogs
younger than 6 months are still developing their hearing. The
ultrasonic sound can influence this process in a negative way, which
is why we recommend against using the device.
