Whisk attachment
With the whisk attachment, you can
whip cream, egg whites, liquid dough or
dessert creams in no time. Do not use this
attachment for other kinds of food, hot
foods or liquids.
• Place the whisk atop the gear unit and
twist it onto the engine housing until it
snaps into place and the markings are
facing each other.
• Plunge the whisk into a container and
hold it, then press the on / off button
to start.
• Do not use the whisk longer than 2
minutes at a time.
• To finish, release the on / off button
and unplug the power adapter. Only
then can you remove the whisk from
the container.
• To finish, release the on/off switch
and remove the plug from the socket.
Only then should the whisk be
removed from the jug.

Use the beater to mix batters for sweet
and savoury foods, as well as sauces,
fillings and creams.
• Insert the beater or dough hook into
the appropriate gear component.
Always use the attachments as a pair,
never alone.
• Only mix heavy doughs for short
periods at a time and regularly allow
the hand blender to cool down. This
protects the motor. Sam is not suitable
for heavy bread dough.
