4. Install the GoJak® so that it is parallel to the sidewall of the tyre to be lifted. Leave a gap of 25 mm between
the tyre and the GoJak®. This is VERY IMPORTANT as the tyre may hit the axle of the GoJak® and not the
rollers if the device is incorrectly aligned. This can damage the GoJak® and invalidate the warranty.
5. To lift the tyre, turn the U-shaped lever 8 upwards and place your foot on the pedal, which you press gently
and evenly. Press the pedal 4-5 times or until the tyre is lifted up to 25 mm (1") from the surface. The closer
the tyre is to the ground, the more stable the vehicle will be on the GoJak®. Repeat this procedure for all
GoJaks®.
Lower Vehicle
1. To release the GoJak® , move the directional lever 8 downwards and operate the pedal until the rollers
detach from the tyre.
If the pedal has been locked with the pedal lock 18, this must first be released and the pedal must be raised
before the U-shaped lever 8 takes place!
2. The GoJak® can now be removed.
Servicing
Easily replaceable wear and standard parts may be replaced by the operator in accordance with the manu-
facturer's instructions. Only original parts may be used! After replacing parts, screw connections must be
checked and retightened if necessary!
Other modifications and conversions may only be carried out with the written authorisation of the manufactu-
rer!
After use in a damp environment, the GoJak should be dried to prevent corrosion.
All moving parts - NOT THE GAUGE - should be greased or lubricated regularly.
