temperature of the probe (19) and the steak
doneness degree symbol (20) will be shown on
the display.
4. Turn the controller handle (23) to adjust the cook-
ing time, press the handle to confirm, the tem-
perature readings of both plates (17, 18) will start
flashing. Turn the controller handle (23) to adjust
the cooking time, press the handle to confirm, the
probe (19) temperature and the steak doneness
degree symbol (20) will start flashing. Turn the
controller handle (23) to select the steak done-
ness degree.
Note: The ranges for adjusting the cooking tempera-
ture and cooking time are shown in Table 2. The steak
doneness degree is shown in Table 3.
5. Press the «Start» button (21) to start preheating,
the preheating symbol «PrE» will appear on the dis-
play (10). Close the grill during preheating process.
When the preheating process is completed, you will
hear 3 sound signals, the preheating symbol «PrE»
will start flashing.
6. Open the grill, place the steak on the lower working
plate (6) and close the grill. Insert the temperature
probe (11) into the middle of the side surface of the
steak and press the «Start» button (21), the unit will
start counting down the cooking time.
7. The cooking process will stop when the tempera-
ture of the probe (11) inside the steak reaches the
set value (the steak will reach the set degree of
roasting). You will hear 5 sound signals, the «donE»
symbol will appear on the display. The cooking pro-
cess is completed.
8. Press the «Cancel» button, the «OFF» symbol will
appear on the display, the unit will switch to standby
mode and after a while the display illumination will
go out.
Using the grill with open working plates
(flat grill mode)
When the preheating is complete, use the handle (1)
to move the upper lid of the grill (2) to the open posi-
tion (Fig. 4). After putting on the oven mitt, press the
upper lid to the level of the handle (Fig. 5), then press
the handle and move the upper lid of the grill (2) to the
horizontal position (Fig. 6).
Please be careful when moving the upper lid to the
horizontal position, as it is hot after preheating.

CLEANING AND CARE

Clean the grill after every use.
Before cleaning the unit and/or its individual parts,
unplug the power cord from the mains socket and the
temperature probe slot (12) from the socket (8).
1. Disconnect the unit from the mains and allow it to
cool completely.
Attention!!! Since the unit is very hot, it takes some
time for it to cool down.
2. Press the lock buttons (3) and (7) to remove the
working plates (4) and (6).
3. After removing the working plates of the grill, rinse
them in warm soapy water with a neutral detergent,
then dry thoroughly.
4. Remove the fat tray (6) on the back part of the unit,
wearing gloves, drain the contents of the tray into
a heat-resistant dish, rinse it in warm soapy water,
and then dry thoroughly.
Note: Before removing the tray, make sure that the
temperature of the oil or oil residues does not exceed
40 °C, otherwise too high temperature can lead to
burns.
5. Do not immerse the temperature probe slot (12)
in liquid.
– After cooking fish, lubricate the working plates with
lemon juice to remove the fish flavor.
– Clean the grill body with a soft, slightly damp cloth
and then wipe it dry.
– Install the working plates (4), (6) and the tray (5)
back to their places.
– Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or metal
washcloths to clean the working plates (4) and (6),
the grill body, as they may damage the non-stick
surface or the outer surface of the grill body.
– Never immerse the grill, power cord and cord plug
into water!
Attention! To avoid electric shock, do not immerse
the unit into water or any other liquids.
