When pressing the buttons (13), (14) or (15), the but-
ton indicator starts flashing, the display shows the
time and temperature set by the manufacturer (by
default), as well as the symbols of the working plates
corresponding to the selected operating mode:
– for «Both plates» operating mode, both symbols
are shown on the display (9)
– for «Upper plate» operating mode, only upper
symbol is shown on the display (9);
– for «Lower plate» operating mode, only lower sym-
bol is shown on the display (9).
After selecting the desired operating mode, the dis-
play (9) will show the cooking time and temperature
set by the manufacturer (by default), while the time
readings (16) will start flashing.
3. Turn the controller handle (23) to adjust the cook-
ing time, the temperature readings of the working
plates/plate will start flashing, depending on the
selected operating mode of the grill. Turn the han-
dle (23) to adjust the temperature, press the han-
dle to confirm.
Note: The ranges for adjusting the cooking tempera-
ture and cooking time, depending on the selected
operating mode, are shown in Table 1.
4. Press the «Start» button (21) to start preheating,
the preheating symbol «PrE» will appear on the dis-
play (9). Close the grill during preheating process.
When the preheating process is completed, you will
hear 3 sound signals, the preheating symbol «PrE»
will start flashing.
Note: The unit will switch to standby mode if the
«Start» button (21) is not pressed for 15 seconds.
Note: When the grill is turned on again, the time and
temperature set by the manufacturer (by default)
change to the ones you set last time. To return to
the manufacturer's settings, do the following: When
the «OFF» symbol appears on the display (9), press
the «Cancel» button (22) and hold it for 3 seconds,
the time and temperature values will be reset to their
original values.
5. Open the grill, put the food on the working plates,
close the grill and press the «Start» button (21),
the unit will start counting down the cooking time.
To get the best result, add a little vegetable oil
on the working plates (4, 6) (you can add a small
amount of condiment).
Note:
– If you do not press the «Start» button for 30 min-
utes, the unit will switch to standby mode, the
and ; «OFF» symbol will appear on the display.
– During cooking, you can press the «Cancel» button
(22) to exit the current operating mode and select
a different cooking mode.
– During the cooking process, you can adjust the
time/temperature using the controller (23); the
unit will start cooking according to the new settings
within 3 seconds.
6. At the end of the countdown, you will hear 5 sound
signals, the «donE» symbol will appear on the dis-
play. The cooking process is completed.
7. Press the «Cancel» button, the «OFF» symbol will
appear on the display, the unit will switch to standby
mode and after a while the display illumination will
go out.
8. Use the handle (1) to lift the grill lid (2). Remove
the products with a heat-resistant plastic spatula.
Never use tongs or a knife, as they can damage the
non-stick coating of the working plates.
Note: In the «OFF» standby mode, press and hold the
handle (23) for 5 seconds to switch the temperature
measure units °C or °F.
Grill control (the temperature probe (11)
is switched on)
1. Plug the power cord into the mains socket, you will
hear a sound signal, and all the indicators on the
control panel (10) will light up and go out. The unit
will switch to standby mode, the standby symbol
«OFF» will be shown on the display.
Note: The temperature probe (11) will function only in
the operating mode «Both plates».
2. Press the button (13) and set the operating mode
«Both plates», the cooking time readings (16) will
start flashing.
3. Insert the temperature probe slot (12) into the
socket (8), you will hear a sound signal and the
