for non-stick coatings.
•
Do not move the grill when it is hot; wait until it cools
down completely.
•
Unplug the grill before cleaning or when you are not
using it.
•
Do not let the power cord hang from the table or
come in contact with hot surfaces or sharp edges of
kitchen furniture.
•
Never pull the power cord when disconnecting the
unit from the mains, take the power cord plug and
remove it carefully from the socket.
•
Do not touch the grill body and the power plug with
wet hands.
•
Do not use the unit near the kitchen sink, do not
expose it to moisture.
•
Do not use the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or
other containers filled with water.
•
To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the power
cord, the power plug or the grill itself into water or any
other liquids. If this has happened, DO NOT TOUCH
the grill, unplug it immediately and only then take the
grill out of the water.
•
Apply to the authorized service center for check-
ing the unit.
•
The device is designed for use exclusively at home
and is not intended for outdoor use.
•
Do not allow children to touch the grill body and the
power cord during the grill operation.
•
This unit is not intended for usage by children.
•
The unit is not intended to be used by people with
physical, sensory or mental disabilities (including
children) or by persons lacking experience or knowl-
edge if they are not under supervision of a person
who is responsible for their safety or if they are not
instructed by this person on the usage of the unit.
•
Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using
the unit as a toy.
•
During operation and breaks between operation
cycles, the unit should be placed out of reach of
children.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene
bags, used as packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with poly-
ethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffo-
cation!

Periodically check the power cord and power plug
integrity.
•
If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced
by the manufacturer, service or similar qualified per-
sonnel to avoid danger.
•
Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassem-
ble the unit, if any malfunction is detected or after it
was dropped, unplug the unit and apply to any autho-
rized service center from the contact address list
given in the warranty certificate and on the website
www.rondell.ru.
•
Transport the unit in the original packaging only.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled
persons.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After unit transportation or storage at low tempera-
ture keep it for at least three hours at room tem-
perature before switching on.
1. Take the unit out of the package and remove
all packaging material. Check the unit to make
sure that all the necessary parts are available.
Wipe the grill body with a slightly damp cloth,
then wipe dry.
2. Grasp the handle (1) and open the grill (lift the
upper lid of the grill (2)). Remove the working
plates of the grill (4) and (6) by pressing the lock
buttons (3) and (7) (Fig. 1).
3. Before the first use, clean the working plates of the
grill with warm water and a mild neutral detergent.
Then dry the parts thoroughly.
4. Select the desired surface of the working plates,
smooth or grooved (Fig. 2), install the working
plates of the grill back to their places. Make sure
that the grill plates are installed correctly.
