Preparing for Use
Before the first use, attach long and strong ropes to the pump handle. This setup will help balance
the product when it is immersed in liquid.
Installation
•
Ensure the installation area is at least 60x60 cm.
•
Follow the technical parameters for the depth of immersion.
Ensure that the suction opening is not obstructed by foreign objects to maintain equipment
•
stability.
Set Toggle Switch
1. The switch is set by positioning the sensor plug in the pump body to automatically control the
starting water level.
2. Before starting the pump, check the following:
- The sensor must be plugged into the designated bore of the pump body. Failure to do so may
prevent the pump from operating correctly or cause dry running, which can damage the pump.
- Ensure the sensor metal is fully exposed and clean.
Attention
•
Do not operate the pump without a pressure hose to prevent it from twisting along its
longitudinal axis.
For pumps used continuously with a rope, periodically check the rope's condition, as it may
•
weaken over time.
Connecting the Pressure Pipe
Screw the pressure pipe onto the pressure connector, sealing all joints with a threaded
•
sealing strip.
•
If using a hose, screw the appropriate hose adapter into the pressure connector.
•
Secure the hose firmly to the adapter with a hose clamp.
For occasional use, choose a suitable pipe. For fixed-position use, a rigid pipe with a check
•
valve is recommended to prevent liquid backflow when the machine is turned off.
Device Use
Use a strong rope to connect to the pump handle and immerse it into the liquid at a certain angle to
prevent bubbles from forming and being sucked in. Lower the equipment slowly. Once submerged,
adjust the pump as needed. Secure the rope end after lowering to handle the pump when it is
hanging. The pump can begin operation once connected to the main power source.
The pump is not suitable for transporting corrosive, flammable, or explosive substances (e.g.,
•
gasoline, petroleum, nitro diluents), grease, oil, brine, toilet sewage, or low mobility mud
sewage.
