mild soapy solution.
– Wash the product separately in a small wash bag
at a maximum temperature of 30° C. Use a mild
detergent without softener
(e. g. Ofa Clean special detergent) and rinse the
product out well. A gentle spin can be used for
this product but please do not wring it out.
– Mould the product into the right shape and air-
dry it. Do not dry the product in the dryer, on a
radiator or in direct sunlight and do not iron.
– In order to maintain the quality of your product
please do not use any chemical cleaning prod-
ucts, bleaches, petrol or fabric softener. Do not
apply any fatty or acidic creams, ointments or
lotions to the skin in the usage area. These sub-
stances can affect the material of the product.
– Store the product in a dry place and protect it
from sunlight and heat, preferably in the original
packaging.

Reporting obligation
In accordance with statutory provisions in the EU,
patients and users are obliged to report any serious
incident while using a medical device without delay
to both the manufacturer and the competent na-
tional authority (in Germany the BfArM, the Federal
Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices).
Indications
– Tennis elbow (epicondylitis humeri radialis)
– Golfer's elbow (epicondylitis humeri ulnaris)
Side effects
There are currently no known side effects for any
part of the body if this product is used correctly.
However, if the product is too tight, this can cause
local pressure points or constrict blood vessels and
nerves.
Contraindications
In the following cases you should consult your doc-
tor before using this product:
– Skin conditions or injuries in the area of applica-
tion, particularly where signs of inflammation are
present, such as redness, temperature increase
or swelling
– Feeling of numbness and circulatory problems in
the area of application
– Problems with lymphatic drainage as well as un-
explained swelling

Disposal
Please dispose of the product according to local
regulations after the end of use.
Guarantee
If used as intended and maintained properly
then the product will have a useful lifetime of six
months. The product is to be handled careful-
ly in accordance with these instructions for use.
Inappropriate use or inappropriate changes to the
product can limit the performance, safety and prop-
er functioning of the product and shall lead to an
exclusion of claims. The product has been designed
for the treatment of one individual patient. It is not
designed for usage by a second patient or further
patients.

Open het elastische band om de bandage aan te

leggen. Trek de bandage aan het verdere uiteinde
over de onderarm, maar niet over de elleboog. Bij
een tenniselleboog moet de pelotte aan de boven-
zijde van de onderarm worden geplaatst, bij een
golfelleboog aan de onderzijde. Draag de bandage
direct op de huid – alleen dan werkt deze effectief.
