3.3.2 Foreseeable misuse – NOT PERMITTED –
Do not point at people or animals.
• Protect the device against heat, open flame, water and moisture. There
is a risk of explosion.
• Work on the electrical equipment of the machine must be performed by
a qualified electrician, or by a trained person supervised and guided by
an electrician in line with electrical technology rules.
• Do not cover the device, the device can overheat. There is a risk of fire.
• Only connect the device to a socket outlet (230 V) with a PE contact that
has been correctly installed by a qualified electrician. Couplings and
connecting lines must be splash-proof. Use only if the power cables are
in perfect condition. There is a risk of electric shock.
• Protect the power cable against crushing and damage. There is a dan-
ger of electric shock.
• Keep this device out of the hands of children and unauthorised users.
Never look directly into the light as this can cause (irreparable) damage
to your eyes.
• Risk of falling and slipping due to connection cable. Do not route the
cable within the traffic area of the work area.
• Do not touch the appliance during use as the housing becomes hot.
3.5 Responsibility of the operating company
The operating company must ensure the following:
• The device must only be used in the intended manner.
• The device must be maintained in accordance with the specifications in
this operating manual.
• The device must only be operated in accordance with local guidelines
and occupational health and safety regulations.
• All precautions are taken to avoid dangers arising from the device.
• Precautions are taken for first aid care and fire fighting.
• The operator must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medi-
cation.
• Children, performance-impaired persons, and pregnant women are not
allowed to operate the device.
