fires, or equipment malfunctions.
Safety Precautions
The following items are crucial for ensuring safety and must be
strictly followed:
1. Use by personnel with certain electrical knowledge.
2. Before using this product, please read this manual carefully and
fully understand the product.
3. No safety component according to EU machinery directives (not
suited for the protection of personnel).
4. Do not use in environments with flammable, explosive,
or corrosive gases.
5. Do not disassemble, repair, or modify this product.
6. Use loads below the rated value.
7. Mount the emitter units in such a way that it is not possible to look
into the light beam during operation.
8. To avoid temporary eye irritation, do not look directly into the light
beam.
Operational Precautions
1. When power lines and sensor wires are routed in the same
conduit or trunking, induction may cause false triggering or damage
to the product. It is recommended to separate the wiring or use
shielded wires.
2. The force applied to the wire must not exceed the rated value.
3.When using switch rectifiers available in the market, connect
the FG (frame ground) terminal to ground.
4. It takes 100ms from powering on to the sensor being able to
detect normally, so please wait for 100ms after powering on
before use. When the load and sensor are powered by different
sources, be sure to power on the sensor first.
5. Since output pulses may occur even when the power is
disconnected, it is advisable to first disconnect the power to
the load or load line.
