M2 Gas-Tip
Preventative Maintenance Check:
Applies to the following Art.no: (310201-B, 310621-B, 310622-B)
To ensure that the aid functions safely for the user, we recommend that the follo-
wing inspections be carried out.
1. Check that the frame is without breaks and the chair is intact.
2. Check that the back frame is correctly mounted with 2 screws on each side.
3. Check that the wheels on the chair can roll freely.
4. If the chair has a directional wheel, check that it functions normally.
5. Check that the brakes on the wheels work.
6. Check that the clips for height adjustment of the chair's wheels are not defective.
7. Check that the seat is intact and there are no breaks in the PU foam.
8. Check that the armrests are correctly mounted, function, and there are no breaks in the PU foam.
9. Check that the back in netweave is correctly mounted and intact.
10. Check that the tilt function works on the chair.
11. Check that the cable for the tilt function is not defective or incorrectly adjusted.
