9. Do not expose the torch over 40°C / 104°F and to prolonged sunlight.
10. Do not puncture or put in fire.

18. Use only Kemper original spare parts.
• Fill only with butane gas (our item 10051). It may be hazardous to attempt to fit other types of gas.
• Refill in a well-ventilated area, away from flame, combustible materials and another person.
• Please make sure the fire is off before refilling.
• Placing the pocket torch in an upside-down position, Insert the gas canister into the torch refilling valve.
• Fill slowly. Do not overfill. When gas start to Flow out, stop filling
• After filling, wipe lighter and hands dry before Igniting.
• The refilling operation takes some minutes to allow the gas to stabilize.
• For next refilling, let the torch cool down for 5 Minutes before filling the tank.
Press the E button and at the same time, push down the ignition button F (try 2 or 3 times).
Select the desired flame turning the gas adjustment dial between – and +.
Releasing the trigger will extinguish the flame automatically.
The lock lever may be slid to "CONTINUOUS" position after ignition to keep continuous burning flame. Slide the lever to
"OFF" position for extinguishing the flame.
Stop the operation every 15 minutes to cool the tool.
At the end of use, once off the equipment, it is advisable to use the special protective cap to avoid touching hot parts.
REPLACEMENT OR INSTALLATION OF INSERTS
WARNING: ALWAYS LEAVE TO COOL COMPLETELY THE TOOL BEFORE TO REMOVE OR REPLACE THE
INSERTS.

Tighten the inserts securely. For the completely heating of the inserts it is necessary to wait for 25 seconds.
Turn off the soldering iron and let it cool completely before cleaning.
The outside unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth with a little mild detergent.
Clean the tip on the sponge when it is still warm.

13. Nicht länger als 1 Stunde im Dauerbetrieb laufen lassen
14. ACHTUNG: Einige Teile des Mikroschweißgeräts werden beim Gebrauch stark erhitzt. Darauf achten, um diese nicht zu
berühren.
15. Vor dem Auffüllen sicherstellen, dass das Schweißgerät aus ist.
16. Bei austretendem Gas (Gasgeruch) das Gerät sofort ins Freie an einen gut belüfteten Ort ohne Zündquellen bringen, an dem
die Leckage ausfindig gemacht und gestoppt werden kann. Zum Untersuchen auf Leckagen keine Flammen, sondern
entsprechende Messgeräte (wie Kemper Art. 1726) oder Seifenwasser verwenden.
