Usage and Function

The Vari-Drop™ applicator is suitable for manually dispensing all Loctite
using time/pressure dispensing. This covers products with viscosities up to 80,000 centipoise.
The adjusting screw allows repeatable dispense from light to heavy beads or drops.
The quantity applied is dependent on the stroke set for the trigger (5). Adjust the screw (7) for the
desired amount.
The Vari-Drop™ Applicator #97131 can be used with the Integrated Manual Controller #97003 or
#97004, and the cartridge dispenser #97109. The Vari-Drop™ Applicator #97132 (Replacement Kit) can
be used with the Bond-A-Matic
