Slowly move the throttle valve all the way in the opposite direction until the engine is
running at par, i.e. no symptoms of stalling (Fig. 7E).

Stopping the engine

CAUTION: The roller continues to rotate for several seconds after the
engine is turned off.
Release the engine stop lever. This is to stop the engine.. (Fig. 8A)
Move the engine switch to the position "OFF". (Fig. 8B)
