8.2 Significance of the LED display

Action
Momentarily activate the Start button (1)
(refer to Chapter 7.4).
Recharge or replace the battery.
Use the plug gauge and check the
crimping unit. As necessary, recalibrate.
Activate the Start button (1). The
crimping device moves to the test and
calibration position.
Activate the Start button (1) for 5 secs.,
subsequently, the crimping device
switches to ready for operation. As
necessary, subsequently repeat the
crimping process.
If there is no ready for operation, despite
the previous action, the basic device is
defective. Send the basic device (without
crimping unit) to the specialist workshop.
Send the basic device (without crimping
unit) to the specialist workshop for
maintenance.
