If, for reasons of operating or process safety, the crimping cycle is interrupted,
· without the crimping mandrels contacting the crimp contact inserted, the crimping
mandrels automatically return to the initial position. An error is indicated by LED 3
illuminating. By activating the Start button (1) for approx. 5 seconds, the error is
acknowledged and ready for operation restored.
· after the crimping mandrels have contacted the contact inserted, the crimping
mandrels remain in the present position and can only be returned to the initial position
after activating the relief knob (5). An error is indicated by LED 3 illuminating. By
activating the Start button (1) for approx. 5 seconds, the error is acknowledged and
ready for operation restored. The crimping process must be repeated.
ATTENTION!
Contacts already crimped must not be reused.
7.2 Rotary crimping unit
The crimping device has a crimping unit that can be rotated through 360°. every position
of the crimping unit is possible within this 360°. Setting of the crimping unit is only possible
before crimping. During crimping, the crimping unit cannot be rotated.
7.3 Battery
Removing the battery (Figure 2)
Depress (1) both unlocking buttons (A) and then
pull out the battery (2).
