USE THE TREADMILL: plug in the power supply, press the switch, the switch will light up, the meter
will also light up.
SAFETY LOCK: only the safety lock is completely placed on the slot of
the meter , the treadmill will work. Clip the clips of safety lock on the
clothes. In case of accident, remove the safety lock and the operation of
the motor can be immediately terminated. If you want to continue using
the treadmill, put the safety lock back.
METER INSTALLATION REMINDING: Please flip the meter in the direction shown in figure below
to the appropriate position and then lock it with a fixed knob. Failure to install or break down due to
installation error (such as reverse rotating meter disconnection) will result in failure to provide
warranty.

SPEED DISPLAY:
Display the the current running speed value. the time display:display the running time in manual mode or
countdown of running time under mode and program.
DISTANCE DISPLAY:
Display the distance accumulation in manual and program mode or the countdown of running distance in
mode.
CALORIE DISPLAY:
Display the calorie accumulation of movement in manual and program mode or countdown of running calorie
in mode.
HEART RATE DISPLAY:
Display the heart rate in the current state (which can be displayed in three seconds with both hands holding
the handle).
