High-Pressure-Cleaning-Systems
For troubleshooting by specially trained and qualified operating personnel the
following description lists possible failures.
Clean contaminated parts (filter of water supply, filter of cleaning detergent suc-
tion hose etc). Replace defective components according to section 3.3.2.
High Pressure Cleaner doesn't start
If the High Pressure Cleaner doesn't start, the failures listed below may occur:
- Supply voltage (mains) is not provided (series KD).
- AC power cable (series KD) is defective.
- High Pressure Cleaner motor is overheated. Allow the motor cooling down.
Then switch on the High Pressure Cleaner again.
In case of other failures contact the authorized customer service.
High Pressure Cleaner doesn't reach the operating pressure
If the High Pressure Cleaner doesn't reach the required operating pressure, the
following failures may occur:
- Unloader-valve is not set to maximum.
- Nozzle is contaminated or defective.
- Filter in the water inlet is contaminated.
- Water supply flow rate is too low.
- The high pressure pump supply lines are leaked or blocked.
- Unloader-valve is not set to maximum.
In case of other failures contact the authorized customer service.
High Pressure pump leaks
For the activated high pressure pump are three drops per minute permissable. In
case of more serious leakage contact the authorized customer service.
High Pressure pump knocks
Check all supply lines, even the detergent system, for leaks.
Deaerate the unit.
If required contact the authorized customer service.
No detergent intake
Open regulation nozzle clockwise.
Check detergent intake hose and filter for leaks or blockages. Clean filter if re-
quired.
