Cooking rice

1.
Place the rice cooker on a dry and level surface.
2. Make sure that the bottom of the inner vessel and the surface of the hob are clean
and dry. Wipe them with a clean sponge and dry cloth as needed. This ensures
perfect contact between the outer and inner vessel.
3. Insert the cooking vessel in the rice cooker. Turn the vessel in the rice cooker
left and right and make sure it sits flat on the cooking area. The vessel must be
properly seated in the rice cooker, otherwise the appliance will not work properly
and it may be damaged.
4. Using the measuring cup provided, measure out the required amount of rice.
Always measure an even amount, do not overfill the measuring cup. Before
cooking, rinse the rice with a stream of water to remove loose starch. The rice is
ready for cooking when clear water flows out.
5. Pour the washed rice into a cooking vessel. Make sure that the rice is spread evenly
on the bottom of the cooking vessel and does not stick to the walls.
6. Add water to the appropriate line according to the amount of rice inserted. The
container is marked with lines according to the number of the cups of rice.

7. Cover the vessel with the glass lid.
8. Plug the power cord into the socket on the back of the appliance and insert the
plug into a properly grounded socket. Turn the main switch to the On position and
the orange WARM light will light up.
9. Push the switch down to start cooking. The red COOK light comes on.
10. After cooking the rice, the switch is released to its original up position and the
rice cooker automatically switches to warmm mode (automatic temperature
maintenance). The orange WARM light comes on.
11. Carefully remove the lid and stir the rice with the supplied serving spoon to keep
it light and fluffy. Replace the lid and let the rice stand for 10 to 15 minutes before
serving. Excess moisture will be absorbed during this time and the rice will be
fluffy.
12. After use, turn the rice cooker off with the main switch and disconnect the power
cord.
