4.1 Emergency manual control

The emergency manual spool position control, built into the rear of the solenoid control system, is used to reposition the spool in the event of loss of
solenoid function or loss of electrical supply to the solenoid coils to achieve the safe position of the actuated mechanism.
The use of emergency manual control is limited by the maximum T-port pressure of 25 bar.

Compression spring – patented steel wire for the production of springs
Valve seal – NBR
Control system extension and tube, spool cover and cap, spool mounting nut, sensor body - low carbon steel
Control system non-magnetic ring – Cr-Ni stainless steel
Control system plug – brass
Coil body – PA
Coil winding – enamelled Cu wire
Coil seal on control system – silicone
Shipping plate – PE
The materials used are not found in the lists of prohibited and mandatory documented substances
Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS) and EU Regulation no. 1907/2006 (REACH).

4.3 Surface protection against corrosion:

The valve surface is galvanized with 520 h corrosion protection in NSS according to ISO 9227. Surface layer without hexavalent chronium Cr+6.

Use of the emergency manual control is forbidden when the valve solenoids are operational.
If the valve is operated by solenoids do not use the emergency manual control of the valve spool.
Valve damage and loss of function may result.
