ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS
This section explains the administrator settings in the unit that are related to the security
function.

Administrator Password Change
This system setting is used to change the administrator password. The administrator is
required to change the administrator password from the factory default to a new user
selected password. Under no circumstances should the Administrator use the default
"Administrator Password". The administrator is responsible for changing the Administrator
Password to a new password at least every 60 days. See the "SYSTEM SETTINGS
(ADMINISTRATOR)" in the operation manual for digital multifunctional system (in particular,
see "USING THE ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS").
SETTINGS AND USE OF THE SECURITY
FUNCTION
When the data security kit is installed, settings related to security (with the exception of
[SSL SETTINGS]) are added to the settings that appear when the [SECURITY
SETTINGS] key is touched. Detailed procedures for using these settings can be found on
the following page.
