• FIRST USE OF YOUR ICE MAKER

o During transportation, the incline angle of the cabinet should not be over 45°. Do not
turn the ice maker upside down. Problems could occur in the compressor and sealed
system.
o Remove all packing material and please check carefully that your ice maker is in good
condition. There must not be any breakages on the unit and/or damages to the
cord/plug.
o The ice maker should be placed horizontally on a level surface. To ensure the proper
ventilation for your ice maker keep a distance of 150mm from other objects at the
top, back and each side. Please do not install the ice maker near an oven, radiator, or
other heat source.
o Before using the ice maker for the first time, please wait 2 hours after positioning it,
and keep the lid open for at least 2hours.
o You must confirm that the voltage indicated on the ice maker corresponds with the
voltage in your home.
o Pure water may not be used with this unit, spring water is recommended.
o Please keep the lid closed at all times during ice making.

• OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
o Open the lid, remove the ice basket and fill the water tank with water.
o Note: Make sure that the water is not higher than the bottom of the ice basket.
STEP 2
Connect the appliance to the mains.

Press the ICE button to switch on the appliance. The ice cube machine will start pro-
o
ducing ice cubes.
o Note: During the first three working cycles, the ice cubes will probably be small and
irregularly shaped.
STEP 4
When the ADD WATER indicator lights up, remove the basket and fill with water, see
o
step 1.
STEP 5
o When the ICE FULL indicator lights up, please remove the ice with the scoop.
o Note: Please remove the ice immediately when the ice collection bucket is full. Make
sure that the ice collection container is not overfilled.
o Note: This appliance is not a freezer, the ice will start to melt depending on the ambient
temperature.
