● Wasserzufuhr am Hausanschluss ganz öffnen, ggf. weitere Entnahmestellen
öffnen.
● Geeigneten Wasseranschluss verwenden. Z. B. wird mit Waschtischbatterien
die zum Spülen benötigte Wassermenge nicht erreicht.
● Beim Spülen muss der Wasserdruck ≥ 0,2 bar betragen, und es muss eine
Wassermenge von ≥ 2 l fl ießen. Erst dann wird die Luftzufuhr beim Spülen mit
Luft intermittierend bzw. mit Dauerluftstrom gestartet. Die Luftzufuhr kann bis zu
einer Minute verzögert starten.

● ROLLER'S Multi-Control ausschalten, Netzstecker ziehen, Wasserzufuhr schließen,
alle Schläuche, Kappen, Stopfen abnehmen. ROLLER'S Multi-Control muss
drucklos sein.
● Neueste Version Software installieren (Betriebsanleitung Punkt 2.3). Achtung!
Bei der Aktualisierung der Software werden alle gespeicherten Ergebnisse der
Spül- und Prüfprogramme gelöscht. Sollten Sie diese noch benötigen, übertragen
Sie diese vor der Aktualisierung der Software per USB-Stick auf Ihren PC
(Betriebsanleitung Punkt 3.8).
● Danach sind die Vorgabewerte in den Programmen „Prüfung Gas mit Luft",
„Belastungsprüfung" bzw. „Dichtheit" auf „0" gesetzt.
● Reset durchführen (Betriebsanleitung Punkt 2.3). Achtung! Mit Reset werden
alle Vorgabewerte auf Werkseinstellungen, sowie die Sprache auf Deutsch und
die Formate Datum, Uhrzeit, Einheiten auf TT.MM.JJJJ, 24 h, m/bar zurückgesetzt.
● Beide Verschlussschrauben Kondenswasser (Betriebsanleitung Fig. 1 (34))
öffnen, um Kondenswasser aus dem Druckluftbehälter abzulassen.
● Behälter des Kondensat- und Partikelfi lter (Betriebsanleitung Fig. 1 (46)) leeren,
dazu Schutzhaube abnehmen. Filterpatrone reinigen bzw. bei Bedarf wechseln
(Betriebsanleitung Punkt 4.1).
● Netzstecker einstecken, PRCD einschalten (Betriebsanleitung Punkt 2.1),
ROLLER'S Multi-Control einschalten.
● Alle Schläuche wieder montieren.
● Funktioniert ROLLER'S Multi-Control nicht, an Service-Center REMS ROLLER
einschicken.
HINWEIS
Betriebs- und Lagertemperatur Gerät ≥ 5°C beachten:
● Tiefe Temperaturen können das Einschalten von ROLLER'S Multi-Control
verhindern, ERROR wird angezeigt. ROLLER'S Multi-Control ca. 1 Stunde
bei Raumtemperatur erwärmen.
● Restwasser im ROLLER'S Multi-Control kann bei tiefen Temperaturen einfrieren
und Bauteile, z. B. Drucksensoren und Ventile, zerstören.

The minimum fl ow velocity is not achieved in the fl ushing program:
● Fully open the water supply at the house connection, open other tapping points
if necessary.
● Use a suitable water connection. For example, the volume of water needed for
fl ushing is not achieved with wash basin taps.
● The water pressure for fl ushing must be ≥ 0.2 bar and a water volume of ≥ 2 l
must fl ow. Only then is the air supply started intermittently or with continuous air
current when fl ushing with air. The air supply can start with a delay of up to one
minute.
ROLLER'S Multi-Control stops during operation or displays ERROR:
● Download the latest software version under www.albert-roller.de → Downloads
→ Download Software.
● Switch off ROLLER'S Multi-Control, pull out the mains plug, close the water
supply, remove all hoses, caps and stoppers. ROLLER'S Multi-Control must be
depressurised.
● Install latest software version (operating instructions section 2.3). Attention! All
stored results of the fl ushing and testing program are deleted when the software
is updated. If you still need these, copy them onto your PC with a USB stick
before updating the software (operating instructions section 3.8).
● Then the defaults in the programs "Test gas with air", "Stress test" or "Tightness"
are set to "0".
● Do a reset (operating instructions section 2.3). Attention! Reset resets all defaults
to factory settings and the language to German and the date, time, units formats
to DD.MM.YYYY, 24 h, m / bar.
● Open both condensation screwed plugs (operating instructions Fig. 1 (34)) to
drain compensation from the compressed air tank.
● Remove the protective hood and empty the condensation and particle fi lter tank
(operating instructions Fig. 1 (46)). Clean the fi lter cartridge or change it if neces-
sary (operating instructions section 4.1).
● Insert mains plug, switch on PRCD (operating instructions section 2.1), switch
on ROLLER'S Multi-Control.
● Re-connect all hoses.
● If ROLLER'S Multi-Control does not work, send it to the Service-Center REMS
ROLLER.
NOTICE
Observe the operating and storage temperature of the device ≥ 5°C:
● Low temperatures can prevent the ROLLER'S Multi-Control from being switched
on, ERROR is displayed. Warm up ROLLER'S Multi-Control for about 1 hour
at room temperature.
● Remaining water in the ROLLER'S Multi-Control can freeze at low tempera-
tures and destroy parts, e.g. pressure sensors and valves.
