your menstrual cycle. Enter the MActivePro profile section
and tap on the female health option.
Once inside, you will be able to set some data related to your
menstrual period, such as: cycle length, menstrual length,
reminders, among others. When you set all this info, a
calendar with certain menstrual cycle data will be displayed
in this app option.
If you set reminders, they will show in the Urban 4 mini
smartwatch. To view these reminders, access the main
menu and tap on the white icon showing purple and red
circles.
4.8 Thermometer
The smartwatch allows you to take your temperature
instantly. To do so, tap on the °C icon inside the smartwatch's
main menu. Once inside, wait a few seconds and your body
temperature will be displayed.
4.9 Health reminders
You can set health reminders through the MActivePro app.
Once set, the smartwatch will display them. To do so, access
the device section and tap on the health reminder option.
Inside, you will see 3 kinds of health reminders:
- Drinking water reminder: You will be able to choose the
frequency in which you want the reminder to be displayed
in the smartwatch. You will also be able to set the time range
in which you want the reminder to be displayed (for
example, from 8:00 to 20:00).
- Sedentary reminder: It works in the exact same way as the
drinking water reminder.
- Medication reminder: You will be able to choose the
number of reminders per day that you desire (maximum of
3). You will also be able to choose the time of each of the 3
medication reminders and which days do you want them to
be displayed in the smartwatch.
5. Exemption clause
1. The Urban 4 mini smartwatch heart rate and blood
pressure data should not be used as the basis for any
medical or diagnostic decision.
2. Only qualified medical personnel can diagnose and treat
cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure problems.
Contact your medical center for a medical opinion, and do
not treat or diagnose yourself.
3. The Urban 4 mini smartwatch heart rate and blood
pressure data may not be accurate due to factors such as
signal interference, improper placement of the device, or
weather or physiological changes.
4. Do not use the Urban 4 mini smartwatch data to modify
your medication or medical treatment. Follow the
instructions provided by authorized medical personnel.
