1.4 How to attach and remove the straps
Although only one strap is included in the box, the straps of
the Urban 4 mini are interchangeable. The shorter strap
must be placed in the display's top slot, while the longer
strap must be placed in the display's bottom slot. Otherwise,
the insertion system may be irreparably damaged.
- To remove a strap: Hold the strap, press the button on the
back of the watch on the corresponding strap piece and
slide it to the left.
- To insert a strap: Hold the strap and then slide it to the right
until the strap is fully inserted into the watch body.
The straps have small metal pieces on both ends that must
be inserted into the watch body rail.
1.5 Charging
The Urban 4 mini smartwatch's full charge time is
approximately 4 hours, and the battery can last up to 3 days
depending on the usage.
Use the 60 cm USB-A cable with magnetic charging base
that is included in the box to charge the smartwatch.
Connect the USB-A connector to a charger, computer
output or powerbank and place the magnetic base in a way
so that it properly sticks to the back part of the body watch.

1.6 Power on/off

To turn on the smartwatch press the dial for 3 seconds.
To turn off the smartwatch, long tap the inferior button. 2
options will appear: "Power Off" and "Reboot". Select the
desired option and slide to the right. You can also shut down
the watch by accessing the main menu and tapping on the
"Power on/off" button.
1.7 About IP protection rating
The Urban 4 mini smartwatch has an IP68 protection rating.
This means that it can withstand being submersed under
water 1,5 meters for up to 30 minutes. Make sure to use the
auto-drain function after submerging it; you will find it in the
options menu depicted as a water drop icon.
Note: In case of swimming in the sea or in a saltwater pool,
it is recommended to rinse the watch with fresh water after
immersion due to the corrosive effect of salt water.
2. Initial setup

2.1 Download the app

The Urban 4 mini smartwatch compatible app is called
MActivePro. There are several ways to download it:
- Tap here to download the MActivePro app from Google
Play or App store.
- You can also download the app directly by typing
"MActivePro" in the Google Play or App Store search engine.
- Another way to download the app is from a QR code. To
access this QR code swipe the main screen to the right and
tap on the QR code icon.
