RE-CHECK & RE-TIGHTEN/CLEANING
Wear Appropriately
➞ This exercise requires friction between skin and the pole so it will be good for you to leave your arms and legs barely when dancing.
Shorts and maillot are preferred. Bare foot, dance shoes or boots are best. Try to increase friction the more the better
Warm up & Cool down
➞ It's necessary to warm up your body by doing 5 to 10 minutes gentle aerobic exercise, such as walking or stretching
Cool down your body as the same with the beginning.
Re-check & Re-tighten
➞ The pole keeps its position with the pressure from the floor to the ceiling, so it will be somewhat loosened while exercising.
➞ You need to re-check the solid of the pole every 20 to 30 minutes during dancing progress. Re-tighten it if any movement.
Cleaning
➞ You'd better clean your pole daily as it's closely contact to the skin. Your sweat or oil will make pole slippery which will let you
in danger like slipping off or falling down. Strongly recommended you clean it with fabric such as dry towel, glass cleaners.
WARNING!
Cleaning DOES NOT mean the pole needs oiling. NEVER use body lotions or oils before you dance!
You will fail to catch it firmly and get danger!
