Assembly instructions
➞ Seek for the site for training and dancing.
➞ You should get an appropriate site for training, make sure you'll touch nothing when you circumgyrate your body around a imagine pole
(you can put a chair as the pole or measure a circle in Dia 3.0-3.5m) which will allow you stretch your arms completely.
Ensure that the ceiling has sufficient carrying capacity. Wooden ceilings, suspended ceilings and
Pitched roof can not hold the pole rod, here can not be mounted pole rod.
For assembly is also recommended a spirit level and a ladder ready to lay (not included)
Step 1

1.1 Lay out the parts

➞ Lay out the parts of your dance pole as show (on page 1) and familiarize yourself with part names for easier assembly, if you found any parts
missed, please contact our service for it. Before you set up your pole, please try to connect those poles one time, to ensure the
poles are smooth and seam together.

1.2 Height Calculator (choose the closest minimum height to your measurement)

➞ The standard height of this pole is 230 – 287,5 cm, if you need more, using the extension. The important is to make sure the height
of the pole in best optimization, and this need the extensions. The safe limit of adjust is 20cm (please see as attached picture 1),
you can't calculate the height of adjustor more than 20cm.
➞ Measure your room height
- at a room height up to 230 – 250 cm you don´t need extensions
- at a room height of 242,5 – 262,5 cm you have to use the extension (1)
- at a room height of 255 – 275 cm you have to use the extension (2)
- at a room height of 267,5 – 287,5 cm you have to use the extension (1+2)
ATTENTION!
Make sure that is not screwed out further than 20 cm, the height adjustment.

Step 2

➞ Fit the extensions to the base (7) (if required).
➞ Attach requested extension (2) to base insert.
Extension always fit at the bottom of the pole
smallest first.
➞ When you attach the extension, please tighten firmly
by hand. (like above picture 2)
