• The Dog-Box must be used as a dog box
• Damaged parts must be returned to the manufacturer,
clean and complete
The guarantee performance is restricted in all cases to the
replacement of defective parts not including their removal,
refitting and transport. This guarantee is applicable in place
of all other explicit or implied assurances and obligations
and excludes further obligations. The customer is not author-
ised to make guarantee declarations vis-à-vis third parties
which go beyond this guarantee. Should he do so however,
the manufacturer waives all liability. The customer additio-
nally undertakes to compensate for all machinations and de-
triment. This list is conclusive.
Limitation of liability
The manufacturer waives all liability for damages arising
from the keeping, ownership, use or operating of the supp-
lied boxes. The customer is responsible for compliance with
the safety regulations applicable at the location of use.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any road licenses in
the countries in question. Costs and burdens for appropria-
te modifications are met by the customer. In particular ma-
nufacturer waives liability for any consequential damages
where this is not impaired by compulsory provisions of pro-
duct liability law.
Use
The Dog-Box is only to be used as a dog box. Otherwise all
liability is waived.
Place of jurisdiction
Only the ordinary courts at the location of the manufactur-
er's registered office (Arbon) are responsible for any dis-
putes. The manufacturer is also authorised to bring an ac-
tion at the place of domicile of the customer.
Applicable law
The agreement is subject to Swiss law.
