Getriebegehäuse (4) aufsetzen. Beachten: Auf
den korrekten Sitz der Profildichtung (24)
achten.
Schrauben (35) festschrauben.
Schaltknopf (28) anbringen
Das Getriebegehäuse (4) in den Aufspannbock
6.27354 (dazu erforderlich: Spannbügel 6.27107)
einspannen.
Mit der einen Hand die Bohrspindel (11) drehen
und gleichzeitig mit der anderen Hand durch die
Öffnung im Getriebegehäuse (4) das
Schaltelement (34) in Pfeilrichtung drücken.
Ergebnis: das Schaltelement ist verschoben. Die
Spindel lässt sich nicht mehr drehen.
Durch die Öffnung im Getriebegehäuse (4) ist ein
Zapfen zu sehen, an dem eine Feder eingehakt
ist. Den Haken der Reparaturvorrichtung Best.-
Nr. 16394853 durch die Öffnung im
Getriebeflansch (25) einstecken und am Zapfen
einhaken.
Den Sperrknopf des Schaltknopfes (28) komplett
eindrücken und gedrückt halten. In gezeigter
Position (45°) in das Getriebegehäuse (4)
einsetzen (Nicht eindrücken).
Mit der Reparaturvorrichtung Best.-Nr. 16394853
(im Getriebegehäuse) den Zapfen nach hinten
ziehen und halten.
Den Schaltknopf (28) vollständig einsetzen. Den
Schaltknopf (28) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bis in
Stellung "BOHREN-2" drehen.
Sperrknopf loslassen. Reparaturvorrichtung Best.-
Nr.16394853 herausnehmen.
Plombe (67) anbringen.

Place the gear housing (4) in position. Note:
Make sure the profiled seal (24) is seated
correctly.
Tighten screws (35).
Attach knob (28)
Secure the gear housing (4) in the clamp vice
6.27354 (also required: tension adjuster
6.27107).
Turn the drill shaft (11) with one hand and at the
same time, press the switching element (34)
through the opening in the gear housing (4) in the
direction of the arrow with the other hand. Result:
the switching element moves. The shaft can no
longer be turned.
A stud with a spring attached can be seen
through the opening in the gear housing (4).
Insert the hook on the repair device, order no.
16394853, through the opening in the gear
mounting flange (25) and attach it to the stud.
Press the locking button on the knob (28) all the
way in and hold. Insert into the gear housing (4)
in the position shown (45°) (do not force in).
Draw the stud backwards using the repair device,
order no. 16394853, (in the gear housing) and
hold in that position.
Insert the knob (28) all the way. Turn the knob
(28) in a clockwise direction until it reaches the
"DRILLING-2" position.
Release the locking button. Remove repair
device, order no. 16394853.
Attach seal (67).
