Getriebe auseinanderbauen
Schaltelement (34) abnehmen.
Schiebeblock (10) und Bohrhülse (11)
abnehmen.
Die Teile (29), (30), (29), (31), (32) von der
Sicherheitskupplung (33) abnehmen.
Bohrhülse (11) auseinanderbauen
Den Sprengring (19) durch die 2 Bohrungen in
der Bohrhülse (11) mit einem Schraubendreher
lösen und entfernen.
Die Teile (70), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18)
entnehmen.
Hinweis: Es ist möglich, dass der Ring (70)
nicht entfernt werden kann.
Schläger (20) mit angebrachtem
Profildichtring (21) aus Erregerbüchse (22)
entnehmen.
Sicherheitskupplung (33) gleichzeitig mit
Erregerbüchse (22) abnehmen.
Die Teile (29), (30), (65) von der
Sicherheitskupplung (33) abnehmen.
Kugelhalter (23) abnehmen.
Profildichtung (24) abnehmen.
Getriebe zusammenbauen
Getriebeflasch (25) auf die Arbeitsfläche
stellen.
Profildichtung (24) anbringen.
Anlaufblech (65) auf Getriebeflansch (25)
auflegen. Teil (29) und (30) auf
Sicherheitskupplung (33) aufstecken.
Sicherheitskupplung (33) gleichzeitig mit
Erregerbüchse (22) anbringen.
Beachten: Die Erregerbüchse (22) so anbringen,
dass die in der Querbohrung der Erregerbüchse
(22) vorhandene Führung in Richtung
Sicherheitskupplung (33) zeigt.
Beachten: der Stift der Sicherheitskupplung (33)
muss in die Querbohrung der Erregerbüchse (22)
eingreifen.
Kupplungshülse (32) anbringen.

Dismantling the gear unit
Remove switching element (34).
Remove the sliding block (10) and drill sleeve
(11).
Remove parts (29), (30), (29), (31), (32) from the
safety coupling (33).
Dismantle drill sleeve (11)
Use a screwdriver to loosen and remove the
retaining ring (19) though the 2 holes in the drill
sleeve (11).
Remove parts (70), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17),
(18).
Note: It may not be possible to remove the ring
(70).
Remove impactor (20) and the attached
profiled sealing ring (21) from the exciter
bush (22).
Remove safety coupling (33) at the same time
as the exciter bush (22).
Remove parts (29), (30), (65) from the safety
coupling (33).
Remove ball retainer (23).
Remove profiled seal (24).
Assemble gear unit
Set the gear mounting flange down on the
(25) work surface.
Fit profiled seal (24).
Place the thrust plate (65) on the gear mounting
flange (25). Attach parts (29) and (30) to the
safety coupling (33).
Attach the safety coupling (33) and the exciter
bush (22) at the same time.
Note: Attach the exciter bush (22) in such a way
that the guide in the cross bore of the exciter
bush (22) faces in the direction of the safety
coupling (33).
Note: The pin from the safety coupling (33) must
engage in the cross bore of the exciter bush (22).
Attach coupling sleeve (32).
