BatterY
1. the control panel does not report the state of full charge after the process of
battery charging
• Check that the power is adequate to the charger.
• Check that the battery charger and the battery are properly connected.
• Make sure you have followed the instructions for the charging process.
• Allow the battery to cool for a couple of hours and then recharge it again (possibly
repeat the process!).
• If you are unable to solve the problem, contact your dealer.
2. limited range
• Make sure the temperature is not lower than 5°C. With the cold cells lithium battery
have a degradation that can reach 40% of total capacity. Once restored the proper
temperature the battery go back to the normal range.
3. the battery has reduced its performance after usage
• The battery reduces its energy storage capacity as a result of many recharging
cycles. See the information inside guarantees section.
motor SYStem
1. you can not turn the system on, the control panel is off
• Check that the battery is properly inserted and the lock close the battery perfectly.
• Check that the battery cables, control panel and speed sensor are connected
correctly.
• If you are unable to solve the problem, contact your dealer.
2. the system powers up but does not provide any support
• Check that the battery is inserted correctly into the hanger.
• Check that the battery cables, control panel and speed sensor are connected
correctly.
• Check the state of charge of the battery, if less than 10%, recharge it.
• Verify that the outdoor temperature is not lower than -5°C.
• Ensure that motor overheating due to heavy operating kept motor into thermal
protection.
• Turn off and turn on the system.
• If you are unable to solve the problem, contact your dealer.
