• All safety instructions and warnings must be adhered to. They are part of the manual and must be kept with it.
• The device may not be exposed to extreme temperatures (< +5°C / > +35°C), strong vibrations or heavy
mechanical strain during operation.
• The device must only be connected to a power supply of the type described.
• Do not remove the cover or back, as there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
• Please place the device on a level, stable platform. Never place the device on an unstable or movable surface.
The device might fall and injure persons or get damaged.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Prior to first use, connect the supplied charging cable to the 5V input (11) and to a suitable USB mains adaptor
delivering a charging current of 5V 2A. The battery status light (12) will light up in red during charging and goes
off when the battery is fully charged. The speaker works normally during charge
1. PRIOR to using the unit for the first time, please charge fully the battery without any interrup-
tion.
2. Charge the battery regularly after each use. Don't wait until it is discharged!
3. DON'T allow the battery to discharge completely, otherwise it will lose 20% of its capacity or even be
totally damaged! If the voltage becomes too low, the internal circuits are not powered anymore, and it will be-
come impossible to recharge the battery!
4. If you don't use the unit for a longer period, it is recommended to charge it at 40% of its capacity and check/
charge it once per month.
The lifetime of the battery depends on the observance of these recommendations.

POWER/VOLUME
Rotate the button clockwise to switch the speaker on and adjust the volume to the desired level. To turn the
speaker off, rotate the button anticlockwise until the OFF position.
