Depress the power switch to turn off this
unit
Pull down
the lever of tonearm
lifter to-
ward you (See Fig. 10), and detach the tone
arm from the tonearm rest,
Supporting the tonearm by your hand, turn
the subweight so that "O" graduation on
the
stylus
pressure
gauge
of sub counter
weight aligns with the line mark on the
tonearm
While sliding the main counter weight,
move it forward and backward until the
tonearm is balanced gorlzontally.
Turn the sub counter weight in the di-
rection of arrow shown in Fig. 11, and
align
the value
of proper
stylus pressure
for the phonocartridge mounted on the
head-shell with line mark.
One turn of sub counter weight corresponds
to 1 gram and one graduation on the stylus
Pressure gauge represents 0.2 gram.
Note:
The proper stylus pressure of phono-
cartridge furnished is 2 grams.
