OPERATION
Lock function
Use this function to prevent the cooking zones from being turned on unintentionally.
1. Switch on the hob.
2. Touch the lock button until 'L' appears on all displays.
The lock function is active.

3. When the hob is switched on again, the lock function is active.
▷
'L' appears on all displays.
4. Touch the lock buttonagain until 'L' disappears on all displays.
The lock function is deactivated.

Pause function
You can pause cooking (max. 10 minutes) instead of turning off the hob. Switched-on cooking
zones automatically go to setting 1 and timers are paused. The hob will switch off if the pause
function is not switched off within 10 minutes.
1. Touch the pause button for 2 seconds.

The pause symbol appears on all displays.
The hob is now in pause mode.
▷
Only the on/off button and pause button are active.
▷
2. Touch the pause button again to switch the pause function off.
The cooking process and timers resume.

Recall function
If the hob was accidentally switched off with the on/off button, all settings can be restored using
the recall function.
1. Touch the on/off button for 6 seconds.
2. Touch the pause button for 10 seconds.
Keep warm function
Use this function to keep food warm after cooking at a temperature of +/- 44 °C, 70 °C, or 94 °C.
1. Switch on the hob and place a suitable pan on one of the cooking zones.
