Caution on Disassembly
Follow the below-mentioned notes when disassembling the
unit and reassembling it, to keep its safety and excellent
performance:

1. Take cassette tape out of the unit.
2. After servicing the unit, be sure to rearrange the leads
where they were before disassembling.
3. Take sufficient care on static electricity of integrated
circuits and other circuits when servicing.

Note:
*1
A-cover is applied to the graphic equalizer PWB by means
of both-side
adhesive tape.
When
removing the cover,
take it out in the arrow direction with minute care not to —
damage
the PWB.
And
be careful not to bend each.

*2 When removing the cabinet, push the battery terminal
(+ side) into the battery compartment.
*3 When
removing the main PWB, remove the leads (red
and black) of the moter beforehand.
