INSTALLAZIONE
I
Installare QuickStop solo su serbatoi muniti di opportuno
scarico per il troppo pieno.
Prima di collegare QuickStop all'impianto è indispensabile:
-
spurgare le tubazioni da eventuali scorie e residui di
lavorazione
-
in presenza di acqua contenente sabbia о residui
solidi in sospensione inserire un filtro а cartuccia
Il filtro "L" inserito nel bocchettone di ingresso dei
QuickStop è soltanto a protezione delle parti interne.
Sequenza di montaggio
1.
fissaге, sul bocchettone di uscita "B", un tubo di
gomma flessibile lungo 30/40cm (fig1) optional.
2.
fissare il corpo valvola А" del QS al serbatoio avendo
cura di non serrare, oltre il necessario, la rondella
filettata "С" (fig.1)
3.
collegare il bocchettone di ingresso "F (fig.2)
all'impianto utilizzando esclusivamente nastro per
guarnizioni (non impiegare canapa)
Inserimento della parte galleggiante sul corpo
4.
valvola:
а. divaricare leggermente le leve "G" (fig.1)
b. inserire le leve пеi perni posti sui retro del corpo
valvola del QS facendo attenzione che la sede della
leva, corrispondente al simbolo
sull'esterno, sia inserita nel perno nero "Н е l'altra nel
perno rosso del traversino "I"(fig.2)
Non forzare manualmente la rotazione della parte
galleggiante, né verso il basso né verso l'alto, in •
quanto, per l'effetto leva, si potrebbe danneggiare
irreparabilmente il traversino
QuickStop ADJUSTABLE (fig3)

Il nuovo modello di Quickstop AdjWS permette di regolare i
punti di intervento e rendono il dispositivo estremamente
versatile ed adattabile ad ogni tipo di installazione.
Regolazione lunghezza e angolo del braccio
A. Separare tramite trazione il cerchio di fissaggio [
B. Posizionare il cerchio di fissaggio [
lunghezza desiderata; se necessario tagliare la parte di
braccio [
] non usato.

C. Reinserire il cerchio di fissaggio [
l'angolazione desiderata.
Regolazione angolo di snodo (fig4)
A. Sullo snodo sono presenti due leve indicatrici [
regolano l'angolo
B. Spostare la prima leva e posizionarla sull'angolo di blocco
inferiore
C. Ripetere la stessa operazione con l'altra leva per l'angolo
di blocco superiore.

Install QuickStop on tanks with relative overflow discharge
element.
Before connecting QuickStop to the system be sure to under
take the following operations:
-
Drain the piping of any dirt of machining residue
-
In the event f the presence of water containing sand or
suspended solids, insert a cartridge filter.
Filter "L" inserted on the entry pipe union of the
QuickStop is only to protect the inner parts.
Assembly procedure
1.
fix a flexible pipe, of 30/40 cm in length (optional), to
exit the pipe union "B" (fig1).
2.
fix the valve body А" of the QS to the tank (fig.1), being
sure not to over-tighten the threaded washer "С".
3.
connect the entrance pipe union "F" (fig.2) to the
system, making sure to use only tape suitable for seals
(do not use hemp)
Insertion of the floating part onto the valve body:
4.
а. Slightly widen levers "G" (fig.1)
b. Insert levers into the pins positioned at the rear of
the valve body of the QS ensuring that the base of the
lever, corresponding to the symbol
outside, is inserted into the black pin "H" and the other
is inserted into the pin of the red connection plate
"I"(fig.2)
Do not manually force the rotation of the floating part,
neither downwards or upwards, as the leverage effect
may cause irreparable damage to the red connection
plate.

set points and make the device extremely versatile and
adaptable to any type of installation
Adjusting the length and angle of the arm
A. Separate the loop fastening [
B. Set the loop fastening [
length; if necessary cut off the unused portion of arm [
C. Re enter the loop fastening [

Adjust the pivot
A. On the hinge there are two levers[

B. Move the lever and place the first corner block lower
C. Repeat the same for the other lever to the angle of the
upper block.
