HUMIDITY SETTING - Setting the target humidity level
By pressing these buttons several times, you can select the target
humidity value in 5% intervals between 30% and 80%. This setting can
only be selected in "Automatic dehumidification" mode. The
dehumidifier stops dehumidification automatically after a short time as
soon as the selected value is undershot and restarts if necessary and
continues the dehumidification function.
AIR CLEAN - Air purification (without dehumidification)
Used to clean the room air or ventilation without removing moisture
from the air. The key indicator lights up during operation of this function.
The air is purified by a plastic pre-filter on the back of the unit.The
compressor of the dehumidifier is switched off in this mode. You can set
the speed of the fan as desired (level 1 Low / level 2 High).
SLEEP - Night Mode
Pressing this button activates sleep mode, which deactivates the display
illumination except for the sleep mode symbol. Before activating the
sleep mode, please select the desired fan speed, as far as this is possible
in the selected operating mode. By selecting the small fan speed
beforehand, you can also reduce the operating noise of the dehumidifier.
Pressing the button again deactivates the sleep mode. The dehumidifier
resumes its normal operating mode and the display indicator is activated
again.
CHILD LOCK - Child lock
You can also use this key to lock and unlock the operating keys. Press
and hold the key for 5 seconds to activate the lock. Hold it again for 5
seconds to deactivate it.
The meaning of the display symbols
The display of the dehumidifier shows various symbols. The meaning of these
is explained below.

Water tank full
This indicator lights up when the water tank is full and needs to be
emptied. The dehumidifier stops the dehumidification process until the
tank is empty again.

Automatic dehumidification
Automatic dehumidification is used to dehumidify a room or to remove
dew from ceilings and/or walls in order to prevent mould growth. The
FAN SPEED button can be used to switch between low and high fan
intensity as required.
Permanent dehumidification
For longer running time with low intensity, e.g. to dehumidify a
cupboard. In the operating mode "Continuous dehumidification", the fan
runs at a low level.
Heavy drying
Maximum dehumidification performance for very high humidity. In the
"Heavy Drying" operating mode, the fan runs permanently at maximum
level.
Clothes drying
To quickly dry washed laundry, carpets, rugs, blankets or similar. To dry
small surfaces and corners or wet shoes. In this operating mode, the fan
only runs at high speed.
Defrost
The defrost indicator light illuminates when frost has accumulated inside
the dehumidifier. The dehumidification and air filter function is
interrupted until the frost has melted. The defrost light goes out when
the dehumidifier has finished defrosting. Then the dehumidifier
automatically resumes operation.Do not unplug the appliance or switch
off the appliance during defrosting.
Note
To protect against frequent switch-on cycles, the compressor (compressor) is provided
with a standstill time of 3 minutes. If the dehumidification process is interrupted, for exam-
ple by disconnecting from the mains or manually switching off, and the unit is then put
back into operation, the compressor will not start again until the 3 minute lockout time
has elapsed.
