Auflegen des Skalenseils (siehe Abb.)
a) Den Gehauseboden abnehmen und das Rundfunkchassis ausbauen
(siehe ,Reparaturhinweise" auf der letzten Seite).
b) Nach Abnahme der bedruckten Skalenblende das groBe Seilrad @
auf Rechtsanschlag drehen und dias Seil (ca. 1 m Jang, @ 0,3 mm)
bei B an Feder @ verknoten und Feder bei A im Seilrad @ ein-
hangen.
c) Weitere Seilfihrung in Pfeilrichtung: V4 Rechtswindung um @, nach
5 Windungen rechts um die diinne Rolle @ durch deren Kerbe und
einma!l um die dicke Rolle @.
d) Nach 21/2 Windungen um die Walze © durch den Umlenkhaken und
die Fuhrung ® auf die dicke Rolle ©, viermal umschiingen, durch
die Kerbe und ca. 1 Windung um die diinne Rolle ©.
e) ree um @ herum und bei B mit der gespannten Feder @ ver-
f) Skalenblende wieder aufschrauben und Skalenzeiger © anbringen,
so daB dieser frei in der Zeigerfihrung zwischen 1 und 10 der
kleinen Strich-Skala lauft.

Dial Cord Assembly (see figure)
a) Take off bottom of case and remove radio chassis (see "Service
Notes" on last page).
b) After removal of the printed scale plate, turn the large drive drum
@ fully clockwise, tie the cord (approx. fength: 1 m, diam.:
0.3 mm) to the end "B" of the spring @ and 'hook the spring on
the drive drum @ at point *A".
c) Lead the cord in direction of the arrow: 4 turn clockwise around
@ and after 5 turns clockwise around the thin pulley @ pass the
cord through the notch and: wind the cord once around the thick
pulley @. .
d) After 2/2 turns around the roller @, lead the cord through the
deviating hook and the guide @ up to the thick pulley ©. Wind
with 4 turns, pass the cord through the notch and wind with 1 turn
around the thin pulley @.
e) Pass the cord around @ and tie it to the end "B" of the stretched
spring @). |
f) Screw on the tuning scale plate and mount the dial pointer @ so
that it moves freely in the pointer guide between 1 and 10 of the
small-line scale.
