Operating Instructions
Wi-Fi IP Bullet camera 1080 p
Item No. 2207447
Intended use
This device is a solar powered outdoor Wi-Fi camera
that works through a WLAN network and the "Smart
Life - Smart Living" mobile application software. The
motion sensor triggers push notifications to your mo-
bile device and infrared LEDs will activate when light
levels drop below a certain level.
Using a microSD card (not included), short video
clips can be saved when the motion sensor is acti-
vated. Integrated solar panels convert energy from
the sun to help recharge the battery, and the IP66
rating offers protection against dust and rain.

• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of
children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around
carelessly. This may become dangerous playing
material for children.
• Protect the appliance from extreme tempera-
tures, strong jolts, flammable gases, steam and
solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical
stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product
safely, take it out of operation and protect it from
any accidental use. Safe operation can no longer
be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor
ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-
related stresses.
• Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, im-
pacts or a fall even from a low height can damage
the product.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about the opera-
tion, safety or connection of the appliance.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs must only
be completed by a technician or an authorised re-
pair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered
by these operating instructions, contact our tech-

b) (Rechargeable) batteries
Correct polarity must be observed while in-
serting the rechargeable batteries!
• The (rechargeable) batteries should be removed
from the device if it is not used for a long period
of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking
or damaged (rechargeable) batteries might cause
acid burns when in contact with skin, therefore
use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted
(rechargeable) batteries.
• (Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of
reach of children. Do not leave (rechargeable)
batteries lying around, as there is risk, that chil-
dren or pets swallow them.
• All (rechargeable) batteries should be replaced at
the same time. Mixing old and new (rechargea-
ble) batteries in the device can lead to (recharge-
able) battery leakage and device damage.
• (Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled,
short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never recharge
nonrechargeable batteries. There is a risk of ex-
plosion!
• Charge the rechargeable batteries regularly, even
if you do are not using the product. Due to the

particularly if you want to keep your recordings
and/or circulate images on the Internet or any
other medium.
• Do not circulate degrading image(s) or one which
could undermine the reputation or dignity of an
individual.
• In your country it may be a legal requirement to
display a warning when using surveillance cam-
eras on your property. In such cases it is impor-
tant to display a warning sticker where potential
intruders can see it.
• You should not point cameras where surveillance
extends to public areas, and video recordings
should not identify people in a public space.

It is protected from dust ingress, and water spray
from any direction.

- Do not use the camera outdoors while teth-
ered to the USB cable.
- Make sure the compartment cover is properly

Charging
a) USB charging
Before connecting, make sure that the USB power source can deliver sufficient current, other-
wise you may damage the source. Do not use a USB port of a computer, keyboard or USB hub
without a power adapter as the current supplied by these ports is insufficient.
Completely charge the battery when using for the first time. The charging time is approximately
8 hrs.
The device is not weatherproofed when the compartment cover is open.
1. Remove the compartment cover screws (13).
2. Connect one end of the USB cable to the micro USB port 5V/DC2A on the device, and the other end to
a suitable USB power supply.
3. When charging is complete, close the compartment cover and tighten the screws. Make sure there are
no gaps where water can enter.
You can check the battery status through the app.
b) Solar panels
To maximize charging efficiency, install the camera where there is good exposure to sunlight. Make sure the
solar panels are clean. Dirt and debris covering the panels can reduce charging efficiency.
Insert and format microSD card
The microSD card should be formatted using the FAT32
file system. Refer to your computer software instruc-
tions for information about how to do this.
1. Insert a card (max. 32 GB) into the MicroSD card slot in the
direction shown. It will "click" into place.
2. Remove using the tip of your finger to press down until it "clicks",
then release to eject.
Installation
a) Choosing a Location
•
The camera recording angle and sensor detection is affected by the placement of the device.
•
Consider placing where the solar panels have maximum exposure to sunlight.
•
Check that the device is within range of your Wi-Fi network.
•
You may need to set up a wireless repeater to improve the connection.
b) Mounting
Check that the provided screws are appropriate for the surface material. If in doubt consult a
professional.
e) Mounting
• Risk of electric shock! Before drilling, check for
concealed wires or pipes beneath the surface that
could be damaged or cause harm.
